Creation of Behaviour Models
For staff to perform well they need to know what behaviours are required. We identify, measure and develop the behaviours (sometimes called competencies) required of our client’s staff using our four point model.
We observe the current behaviours; we evaluate them against business objectives, provide feedback on effectiveness and modify behaviour criteria to reflect business objectives.
