Simon is a highly experienced Organisation and Management Development Consultant with 17 years consulting and industry experience.  He specialises in the assessment and development of individual managers/directors through to entire organisations, often driving strategic change programmes.  Recently, as the objective of a thesis, he completed a meta analysis of the leadership competencies that are most relevant in today’s more complex and dynamic business environments.

Simon has designed and/or delivered diagnostic and development programmes across a range of industries and in all continents of the world working with global Managing Directors down to middle management.  He has been involved in the facilitation of strategic work teams, delivered training programmes, acted as a coach and mentor and managed large scale global projects.  Some clients Simon has worked with include GlaxoSmithKline, Credit Suisse First Boston, Sony, Lend Lease, National Australia Bank, Merrill Lynch, Warburg Dillon Read, Bayer and Cable & Wireless.

Simon firmly believes all human resource/capital interventions should support the strategic direction of the organisation ensuring sustainable competitive advantage and profit. 

Outside of work Simon enjoys spending time with his family, yacht racing and bushwalking.  As an example of his patience, Simon is a life long supporter of the Melbourne football club and still believes that, at some stage, they will win again.
