Biography It was in the ‘70s that failed P.E. teacher yet brilliant Economics student, Terry, did the math and realised it lead him straight into a career in business.
Putting his football profession on hold to begin his illustrious career as an accountant, Terry still enjoys meeting different clients with their challenges, and considers himself to be an established problem solver.
Since re-joining Bentleys in 2001 after a hiatus in the retail sector, Terry notes the new direction Bentleys has taken in both its internal and external dealings.
He’s proud of Bentleys’ high level of staff retention and attributes this to the fact that a greater emphasis has been placed on inter-staff relationships and the transparency of the company in relation to its goals and performances.
Terry is a keen Hawthorn supporter and an unabashed home-body in his spare time, where this renovating genius could have contested Jamie Durie’s tradesman’s tiara had Quickbooks and MYOB not intervened.
