As seems to be the case with most accountants, Tony’s career wasn’t always destined for the business industry. About as far away from the accounting world as you can get, Tony’s dreams of becoming a fashion designer were crushed by an interviewer at RMIT when he was told his chances of becoming a designer would improve if he could actually draw.

That was 1994, and 14 years on, Tony appears to have stuck with what he knows best – audit.

Having been a part of the Bentleys’ audit team for nine years, Tony believes the practice has developed a young and dynamic culture. He would like to see firm prosper in size and take on more clients from diverse backgrounds.

An advocate for Asian culture, Tony spends his free time as a Treasurer for several Asian committee groups. He travels to China each year as part of his commitments and enjoys the pro-active nature that such groups provide.
